The young rebels who have marked the nineteenth century Tuscan – often with the writings – but especially with the painting, intended to assert their aesthetic creed and deed, in spite of a contemporary that is not liked them and maybe then pitied them, continued to work in an attempt to re-educate a society marred by preconceived academic and commercial production he saw in art only the furnishings for the homes of the new bourgeoisie.
Rebels are born then, to rush, to passion, but also and above all an effect of reason. These artists, having a clear insight into the vision of reality, were able to return through thin reactions that declare a forward-looking modernity.
