– round-trip transfer Hotel/Spa (just 3 km from our Hotel);
– entrance ticket for bath;
– one optional steam’s bath between Grotta Grande or Grotta Paolina: the treatment includes a steam’s bath in natural cave with following reaction on table, wrapped up by warm towels, drinking a flavorful infusion. The heat therapy that follows the steam’s bath is balanced by the cold termal water’s shower presents in the same room (shower in Grotta Grande only). The temperature leap makes the bloodstream starts and it helps the organism to release toxins. His action makes it a natural antistress.
– an optional 25 minutes massage therapy:
- Olive oil massage therapy: relaxing massage for an hydrated, smooth and compact skin. The olive oil’s properties oppose to skins ageing.
- Bamboo massage therapy: the bamboo canes are used to get a limphatic drainage, stimulating the limphatic flow and bloodstream, giving blazes of wellness in your body.
- Antistress massage therapy: massage technique that relaxes the neck and shoulders, muscles from stress.
- Shirodhara: Ayurvedic treatment that provide for a thin oil’s casting on forehead in a third-eye’s zone with a regular flow. Oil drips and envelops your body giving a relaxing feeling, giving benefits on focus, safety and self-confidence.
- Plantar reflexology: ancient eastern technique that works with the only use of thumbs. Improve the body’s function. All the body’s energy flows are stimulated, following the “reflexed points’map”.

- Percorso dei Borboni: it includes a free access to the thermal pool, a termal mud application, one balneotherapy with thermal water’s hydro-massage and following reaction on table, wrapped up by warm towels, a 25 minutes’ relaxing massage therapy.
